| Booking accommodation
1. Waterworld Ltd. - later referred to
as Provider - works as an advertisement provider promoting economic activity
for guesthouses (inns, pensions, hotels) entered into a contract - later
referred to as Lessors -, who undertake guaranty for their services on
the Internet website, and for consortiums representing lessors. Also it
actively takes part (with those who require) in keeping contact and arranging
accommodation reservations.
2. We accept accommodation reservations
made personally or in writing (by e-mail, fax, or letter). Confirmation
is by e-mail or in letter. A 20 % booking advance is to be paid at booking
unless it is otherwise noted. We guarantee reservations from the moment
the voucher of the advance payment has arrived. The rest of the price
is to be paid on the spot at settling in.
3. The provider can only accept cancelling
of the reservation arranged personally or in writing:
a. If the guest cancels the reservation 30 days before travelling ,
the provider will refund the advance paid for booking after having extracted
the costs of transactions ( 3% of the gross price or a minimum
of 40 EUR ).
b. Before starting the journey, within 30 days damages are as follows:
29 - 15 days: in case of cancelled reservation the sum is in proportion
with the costs of transactions and the price of one night.
14 - 3 days in case of cancelled reservation the sum is in proportion
with the costs of transactions and the price of two nights.
Within 3 days: in case of cancelled reservation guests will be
reimbursed a sum which remains after having extracted the sum in proportion
with the costs of transactions and the price of three nights from
the money paid in advance.
c. In case of breaking off a journey the price of the night actually spent
there + the price of three more nights and the remaining sum over the
costs of transactions is to be reimbursed from the paid price to guests.
4. Provider guarantees - its direct responsibility reaching so far - to
publicise correctly the services declared by the Lessor and informs the
guests without fail about any changes that might occur with the reserved
accommodation in the meantime and ensures the reserved accommodation by
informing the Lessor in writing.
5. Provider publicises the services declared by the Lessor for the guests
on its website specialised in it on a daily basis. The Lessor undertakes
guaranty for the existence and quality of the services publicised on our
website.
6.If Provider learns that the booked accommodation
becomes unavailable for any reason before the journey has started or if
any changes occur about the services assumed by the Lessor he will inform
the guests without fail.
The guest is not obliged to accept the changes, he can choose any other
unreserved accommodation or if there is no other one or if the guest fails
to travel, the reservation contract becomes cancelled. In this case Provider
is to reimburse the guest the advance increased by the issuing bank interest.
If the guest claims for indemnification for the thwarted journey engendered
by changes made by the Lessor in the services he can settle it directly
with the Lessor leaving out the Provider. No damages can be claimed for
if the confirmed booking can not be assured for reasons beyond the Lessor's
control or for unavoidable reasons such as natural disasters (flood, earthquake,
landslide etc.), fire, terrorist activity, strike, turmoil
7. he lessor has a compensation obligation
in case of flawed execution that Lessor settles with the guests directly
promoting an agreement.
8. The Lessor is obliged to provide
the guest with clean accommodation in proper, available conditions. He
takes care of repairs without fail should the furniture or any equipment
go wrong.
9. Guests must settle damages caused
in the accommodation with the Lessor on the spot.
10. Guests, unless otherwise agreed,
can occupy the accommodation on the day of checked in arrival after 3.00
PM and has the right to stay at the accommodation until the last reserved
day till 10 o'clock.
Lessor has the right to add anything to
his stipulations however, he has to draw his guests attention to this
in advance always should the case occur!
