Campsite Autós I. is situated in a wonderful natural environment, directly on the shore of Lake Balaton. You can get a picturesque view from here. Zamárdi is a peaceful holiday resort not far away from Siófok (about 10 km). It is especially preferred by families with children as it has got a nice, shallow beach. On its territory well-kept and nice pitches (also waterside), modern sanitary blocks, shower and toilet also for the disabled as well as rentable bathrooms, a buffet and a restaurant are available for guests.
Beside renting tents and caravans we offer from 2006 also mobile homes in our campsite as a new service. The mobile home provides convenient accommodation for 2-4-6 persons. It is fully equipped, consists of 1 or 2 bedrooms, a living area with seating, kitchen, shower, toilet, terrace with garden furniture. The playground and the animation programmes (at certain times) promise a pleasant pastime to children. Free guided tours called ”Walks in Zamárdi” are organized every summer to show the sights to guests. It is also worth visiting the Roman Catholic church and the Country House (the oldest building of Zamárdi). In the western part of the settlement, on the edge of the small forest you can find the legendary ”Szamárkő”. Besides, there is a look-out tower on Kőhegy, which offers a wonderful view of Lake Balaton and the Somogyi hills.
